n8n automation, built to be handed over

We build n8n workflows for teams already doing the work by hand across several tools. Every workflow runs in report-only mode for a week before it can write anything, and anything the rules do not cover goes to an exception queue rather than through silently. You own and edit the result.

What this looks like before we arrive

  • The same data gets retyped between your CRM, your spreadsheets and your invoicing
  • Handoffs stall because they depend on one person remembering
  • Nobody can answer where a job is up to without asking someone

How we build it

Report-only first, always

Every workflow logs what it would have done for a full week before it is allowed to write. We read the log together and only then does it get permission. Nothing goes live on our confidence alone.

An exception queue, not a guess

Anything the rules do not cover goes to a queue with the reason attached, and a person decides. On a recent build that was about four items a day out of roughly 150 runs. The system is not clever. It is bounded.

Documented and handed over

You get the workflows, the rules, and the documentation to change them. On the last build, the ops lead edits the rules now, not us.

Where we have shipped this

Questions we get asked

How long does an n8n build take?

A single process is usually live in one to two weeks including its report-only week. A seven-process programme took twelve weeks, shipped one process at a time so the team could absorb a single change a week.

Do I need to already use n8n?

No. We work inside the tools you already use and add n8n as the layer between them. If you are already on Make or Zapier and it is working, we will say so rather than migrate you for the sake of it.

What happens when an automation breaks?

It does not fail silently. Anything outside the rules lands in an exception queue with the reason attached, and a person decides. You also get the documentation to fix the rules yourself.

Which part of your operation eats the most hours each week?

Tell us. You get a written answer on what to automate first, free, whether or not we ever work together.
