What we build
n8n Automation
We build n8n workflows for teams already doing the work by hand across several tools. Every workflow runs in report-only mode for a week before it can write anything, and anything the rules do not cover goes to an exception queue rather than through silently. You own and edit the result.
CRM Automation
We automate the CRM you already run, whether that is HubSpot, Pipedrive or Airtable, so records update themselves and follow-ups go out on a ladder instead of when someone remembers. On the last build that ladder sent 214 reminders and none of them came from a human. Rules run in report-only mode first.
Workflow Automation
We map your processes end to end, then ship them one at a time so the team absorbs a single change a week. Each one runs in report-only mode before it writes anything. A recent seven-process programme took twelve weeks and removed $312,529 a year of operating cost.
Sales & Marketing Dashboards
We build reporting on top of the systems the work already happens in, so a number is calculated the same way every week rather than reassembled by hand each Monday. Pipeline, cost per lead, cash collected. On a recent build, days sales outstanding fell from 41 to 22.
LinkedIn Outbound Systems
We build a LinkedIn outbound system that runs the same sequence every weekday whether anyone is thinking about it or not. Daily caps sit below the platform's own limits, every prospect is checked against the CRM first, and any reply pulls that person out of the sequence immediately. Twelve weeks produced 960 conversations and zero platform restrictions.
