These terms cover using this website. They are not the contract for a pilot or for paid work. If we work together, that is a separate written agreement, signed before anything runs on your store.

This website

The illustrations, examples and calculator on this site explain how the product works and how results are measured. They are not results, and nothing on this site is a promise of what cart recovery will do for your store. That is what a pilot, measured against a holdout group, is for.

Applying for the pilot

Applying on /pilot is free and comes with no obligation. Sending an application does not create a contract between us. We use what you submit only to reply to you about a pilot.

Ownership

The text, illustrations and design on this site belong to Rami B. Ask before reproducing any of it wholesale elsewhere.

Pilots and paid work

A pilot’s rules (holdout share, what counts as recovered, discount cap, who may be contacted, reporting) and any paid terms after it, including the share of incremental revenue, are set out in a separate document agreed with you. Nothing on this website is that agreement.
